We are professional caregivers who use our education and life experience to serve families concerned about an aging loved one.  Our responsibility is to assess the situation by clarifying the current issues within the context of the entire life span. 

We are trained to remain objective, to feel compassion without losing focus.  Our goal is to help families find practical and realistic solutions to their concerns.  Our job is to remain disciplined in guiding families to make decisions and follow through with implementation.

In short, our manner of helping you is to:

      Unscramble the situation while defining the players.

Provide choices and alternative solutions and education.

Motivate families to take action as formulated.

Support family caregivers by offering permission for role reversal, to take a stand, to make an unpopular decision.

     We will be your coach, your consultant, your source of information about eldercare issues. 

     In time and with trust, we serve as a surrogate family member and an integral member of the “caregiver team”.
